For individuals looking to break some sweat and keep fit, there is the HualalaiSports Club, which offers a resistance and strength training studio featuring the latest in workout equipment.

Salt Water Lagoon

For a thrilling experience or a quiet, romantic evening, a visit to the close by Slat Water Lagoon may be best in the works. Here, visitors can go snorkeling and scuba diving. Here, the atmosphere is calm and inviting, the views are gorgeous, with fine white sand, black lava rocks, and turquoise waters.

The only downside may be the actual swimming beach. While it’s beautiful and private with turtles lapping about, there is a fair amount of lava rock along the oceanfront and it makes swimming a little less ideal. Still, the resort provides swim shoes.

The Property

The resort is very low key and almost never feels crowded; with an understated, yet immaculately luxurious old Hawaii feel.

Four Seasons Weddings

The resort’s amazing setting inspires large, beautiful weddings. The ocean background, inky-black lava rock, towering palm trees and stunning sunsets create a backdrop that inspires serenity.

Golfing at the Four Seasons

Golfing on a course crafted to improving your range and accuracy is not just exciting, but the kind of immersive experience that keeps golfers coming back. The Four Seasons Hualalai offers their 18-hole Jack Nicklaus signature Hualalai Golf Course with over 7,100 yards of carefully groomed landmass.

Jack Nicklaus designed this championship golf course that has been designated an official PGA Tour Resort Course.

The course sprawls over a fairly large area, beginning in a lush kipuka (oasis) and then flows across brilliant green fairways contoured against black lava and on to the ocean. Here, finishing holes, stunning vistas and graceful hazards create a wonderful seaside experience. In addition, there’s a clubhouse that almost doubles as a home away from home.
